Clean, well-presented hotel in an ideal location. Short walk to both the train station and town center. Our larger room featured air conditioning and a beautiful view of the cathedral rooftops from the fourth floor. The comfortable bed provided a great night's sleep. Nice light and airy atmosphere with plenty of windows. The shower had good water pressure, and I appreciated the separate toilet. The staff were welcoming and made an effort to connect us to wifi, though we struggled to maintain a reliable connection. One downside was the lack of blackout curtains, which left me feeling exposed to the neighboring building at night. Despite that, the overall experience was enjoyable, and I would stay here again.

The staff were exceptional, helpful, and friendly. My room was well-appointed, featuring a comfortable bed and a spacious, nicely decorated bathroom. Additionally, the hotel's proximity to the train station made my travel convenient and allowed easy access to nearby dining options.
The surrounding area appears somewhat run down and lacks nearby attractions.

comfortable bed, good water pressure, electric kettle
The room decor felt quite tired with chipped paint on doorways!!! Thin walls let in too much noise from neighboring rooms!!! A bit of modernization would really enhance the experience!!!

I enjoyed my stay while exploring the Chateau et Remparts de la Cite de Carcassonne, which took about 20 minutes to walk to. The room was comfortable with a nice view of a peaceful courtyard, and I was pleased to find a fridge and good Wi-Fi. The location also allowed easy access to local dining options and the nearby Canal du Midi.

absolutely not worth the hype! the shower overflowed both mornings, with a terrible drain smell lingering all around. i mean, can’t a guest expect a little special treatment? a simple room upgrade would have been the least they could do after that disaster. i almost left a good review, but just couldn’t!

The hotel offered a lovely surprise with two double beds instead of one. We enjoyed the excellent continental breakfast in a spacious room. Additionally, the staff was accommodating, even helping us find a phone charger converter. My family and relatives had a great time exploring Carcassonne!
My wife says that the lift was a bit cramped.

Just a solid selection for a brief retreat in Carcassonne with excellent value for money. I really appreciated the lovely staff who brought us a kettle with tea to our room, which was a nice touch. Be prepared for thin walls. bring earplugs for a good night's sleep.
